Do you certify my product?
No. We prepare and organize the documentation. Your company reviews and signs its own declarations. We are not a test lab and we don't give legal advice.
What if a manufacturer has no public declaration?
The part goes on the gap list with a suggested next step, such as a request to the supplier or an alternate part.
Can you handle portals like Assent?
We prepare the files and answers. You upload them, or we walk you through the upload on a call.
Is my BOM kept confidential?
Your BOM is used only for your pack and deleted on request. Please don't send ITAR or CUI-controlled data.
What if I'm not happy?
If anything in your pack is wrong, we fix it free. If we can't, you get a full refund.
